  • What is your cancellation policy on rentals?

    Cancellations made 30 or more days before arrival qualify for a full refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. If canceled more than 7 days but fewer than 30 days in advance, the 25% deposit is forfeited. Canceling within 7 days or closer to arrival forfeits the full stay amount.

  • What are your booking conditions?

    At the time of booking, we ask our guests for a security deposit. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved a day or two before you arrive and then released after departure on return of the keys and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.

  • What is SUPERHOG?

    We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:

    Pets are welcome at most of our properties, but may vary slightly per property. To ensure we can accommodate your pet during your stay, please see each property for pet details. If a property is pet-friendly, there is a standard $125 pet fee.

  • What amenities do the homes offer?

    Our homes are thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and convenience for every guest. Amenities often include high-speed Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchens with modern appliances, hot tub, spacious living areas, and cozy fireplaces. Many properties also feature game rooms with options like pool tables, arcade games, and foosball. Outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation, offering decks, fire pits, BBQ grills, and stunning mountain views. Smart TVs, fresh linens, towels, and starter toiletries are provided in all homes. Parking is available at every property, with some homes offering additional space for RVs or ATVs. Whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, our homes have everything you need for a memorable stay.

    Prior to your arrival, you will receive specific details on property address, check-in and checkout times, and entry codes, passcodes for Wifi internet (if available) to name a few, to make your arrival and departure as seamless as possible!
